The Training is comprehensive, giving you a solid foundation in Meditation, Pranayama, Asana Practice and Instruction. In this comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training you will acquire the skills necessary for instructing the basic Integral Yoga Hatha class, the class taught to thousands of students around the world, and utilized by Dr. Dean Ornish in his groundbreaking work in reversing heart disease. Benefit from in-depth study and practice of Hatha Yoga while acquiring a thorough grounding in the fundamentals of all branches of yoga. This concentrated program is designed so you can maintain your family and work responsibilities. Our upcoming fall Teacher Training goes September 15th - December 11th, 2022, with classes held Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 9:30 pm and Sundays from 8 am to 4 pm. There is also a weekend retreat in November. Graduation is the final Sunday.
