Level 1 Yoga
Join us for this comprehensive integral yoga class as we move through nada yoga, eye movements, asana practice, deep relaxation, pranayama, ending in meditation. Attend this class to learn a variety of asanas, strengthen breath work, and spend time in meditation. Suitable for beginners or for advanced yogis!

Level 2 Yoga
This class is a comprehensive class introducing some new postures and practices from the basic class, and moving students into a deeper understanding of their yoga practice. Poses are taught with a number of variations and are held for longer periods of time. Pranayama instruction and meditation is deeper. Not suitable for those brand new to yoga.
It is strongly recommended that you are comfortable in Level 1 Yoga before taking this class. Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is a basic integral yoga class with special attention to make it very accessible for everyone, without compromising the full yoga experience. Join us for this class as we move through nada yoga, eye movements, asana practice, deep relaxation, pranayama, ending in meditation. This gentler take on yoga invites all to make this class what will work for them. This class is open to all yogis at all levels, and soothes the mind as we gently move the body.

Multi-Level Yoga
Our Multi-Level Yoga classes are a good fit for almost everyone. Both new students and veteran yogis will find something to enjoy. The instructor gives introductory instruction for new students while offering modifications to increase the difficulty so that everyone can practice together and have a full, satisfying experience. The classes tend to vary as the instructor caters to the student make-up of the class that day.

Level 2 Flow Yoga
Level 2 Flow Yoga is a somewhat active and physically challenging class. It is a Level 2 class which means that the instructor expects students to already be familiar with yoga to some degree and comfortable working with the yoga postures. This is a delightful class to engage you and take you both deep within and possibly to an experience of soaring, as well.

Here Comes The Sun Yoga
"Here Comes The Sun" is a joyful 1-hour multi-level yoga class taught by Ambika. It focuses on improving your yoga practice technique with the intention to lift spirit while creating awareness in each and every movement.

Ashtanga Yoga
A traditional Ashtanga Class, dynamic and athletic,
with flowing movement between the postures, and a focus on energy and breath. While Sunayana's Ashtanga Class is a quite physical practice, it also promotes mental clarity and inner peace. YinYang Yoga
Wonderful... starting with Yin Yoga deep stretches and moving into Vinyasa Flow Yoga to give you a healing, invigorating and soothing experience.
Yin Yoga is based on ancient Chinese philosophies and Taoist yoga (Dao Yin) to stimulate the pathways of energy within our bodies. Yin Yoga works on opening the intricate webbing of connective tissue that connects our muscles helping increase overall flexibility. As we flow through the class, we hold poses for a longer periods of time to release energy that may be blocked in fascia, tendons, joints and muscles. Our breath-work assists us in developing mindfulness, and puts us in touch with the physical sensations of the energetic body. When muscles are tense, the energy flow to connective tissue can become blocked, so we will use various props to find that sweet spot without straining; enhancing the body’s relaxation response to allow for deep releases of muscle tension and stress, leaving the body feeling open, relaxed and renewed. Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to a “Yang” or more active yoga practice balance chi life-force energy. After Yin, the class moves in Yang, an active Vinyasa flow. 'Real Deal' Chair Yoga
A surprising, healing, inspiring yoga class, good for both seasoned, regular yoga practitioners
and those who have some limitations. But, this is a very substantial regular yoga class! Jayadeva has taught Chair Yoga, a style particular to his approach, in a variety of settings and to groups of all ages, for over 30 years. Join us for a rich spiritual adventure together with a wonderful group of dedicated seekers, as we explore the Bhagavad Gita. The Bhagavad Gita, often referred to as Gita, is the sixth book of the Mahabharata, one of India’s most famous epic poems, designed as a dialogue narrative between Arjuna, a prince, and Krishna, an avatar of Vishnu. The Gita explores themes such as the nature of God, the nature of Self, and the nature of the world, as well as elements of various types of yoga. Join us for this study group as we explore elements of the Gita, and discuss them in relation to our own lives.
