Gentle yoga
Gentle Yoga is a basic integral yoga class with special attention to make it very accessible for everyone, without compromising the full yoga experience. This gentler take on yoga invites all to make this class what will work for them. This class is open to all yogis at all levels, and soothes the mind as we gently move the body.

Multi Level yoga
Our Multi-Level Yoga classes are a good fit for almost everyone. Both new students and veteran yogis will find something to enjoy. The instructor gives introductory instruction for new students while offering modifications to increase the difficulty so that everyone can practice together and have a full, satisfying experience. The classes tend to vary as the instructor caters to the student make-up of the class that day.

Multi Level Healing yoga
Healing Yoga is Jaya's special approach. Here a mature, very broadly trained professional yoga therapist presents yoga in her own wonderful way to help you with your body, energy and mind, making use of breath and movement and many special techniques and approaches to give you a truly wonderful yoga experience. Multi-Level yoga w/ yin
This is a comprehensive and balanced yoga class suitable for both those rather new to yoga as well as those with a broad experience in their yoga practice. It stems from the traditional Integral Yoga approach and often includes elements of Yin Yoga as well, holding asanas for a longer period of time.

Level 2 yoga
This class is a comprehensive class introducing some new postures and practices from the basic class, and moving students into a deeper understanding of their yoga practice. Poses are taught with a number of variations and are held for longer periods of time. Pranayama instruction and meditation is deeper. Not suitable for those brand new to yoga.
It is strongly recommended that you are comfortable in Level 1 Yoga before taking this class. Level 2 Flow yoga
Virtual Level 2 Flow Yoga is a somewhat active and physically challenging class. It is a Level 2 class which means that the instructor expects students to already be familiar with yoga to some degree and comfortable working with the yoga postures. This is a delightful class to engage you and take you both deep within and possibly to an experience of soaring, as well.

QiGong / Tai Chi
A wonderful class open to all being taught both In-Person & Virtually.
Cynthia Maltenfort is a longtime instructor well known for training and certifying other instructors and her special teaching style. This class opens with 30 minutes of QiGong, then shifts into 30 minutes of TaiChi, ending with a 15-minute Meditation. Aerial multi-level yoga
Come fly with us for aerial yoga! Aerial Yoga is a type of yoga which uses silks, also known as hammocks, to allow students the capability to access all yoga poses. Aerial yoga is beneficial for those who spend a long time sitting, or who would like some assistance with their backbends, as it has a decompressing effect on the body. You don't need to be an acrobat to learn and love aerial, just an openness to flying freely through yoga poses. Each of our aerial yoga classes is an authentic offering of our unique and talented Instructors. Our yoga classes are personal, not company scripted, we honor the wisdom of our teachers and encourage them to teach classes they believe in. Aerial multi-level is welcome to new students and experienced students alike.

Join us for a rich spiritual adventure together with a wonderful group of dedicated seekers, as we explore the Bhagavad Gita. The Bhagavad Gita, often referred to as Gita, is the sixth book of the Mahabharata, one of India’s most famous epic poems, designed as a dialogue narrative between Arjuna, a prince, and Krishna, an avatar of Vishnu. The Gita explores themes such as the nature of God, the nature of Self, and the nature of the world, as well as elements of various types of yoga. Join us for this study group as we explore elements of the Gita, and discuss them in relation to our own lives.
